Everyone — I was offline starting from Wednesday, so nobody’s late comments were seen until now. I hope everyone made it to the convention and enjoyed themselves. For the record, I’ll answer the questions anyway — these are things we should remember to incorporate into our website for next time.

Caroline, the online schedule was more current than the program book. The sequence of schedule solidification went like this year, approximately: the schedule in the book was current as of Christmas, the schedule in the pocket program grids and on the big charts was accurate as of New Year’s Day, the schedule posted online was as accurate as we could make it a few days before the convention, and the definitive ultimate edition would be whatever was posted at the door to the room.

I’m hoping we have fewer or no last-minute changes next year.
