When you pay for your membership, you can ask them to put your affiliation (High Tide Newspaper, Fansview.com, whatever) on your badge. That includes your photographer, your video crew, etc.

And stop at Information and drop off your business card to get a PRESS ribbon for your badge. If you’re bringing a video crew, leave us a copy of your video release form at Information and we’ll give you a badge ribbon that says ASK ME ABOUT MY VIDEO PROJECT.

This year (2012) Anime Los Angeles will have a Press Lounge located in the Exec 1 room on the 18th floor. This will be a first-come first-served set-up and can be used by press for interviews or other work. The room will be available all three days during the day-time programming hours (generally until 7 pm). Please understand that this is a first-come first-served room. Thank you.
