Program Book, Single-page Proof File (PDF 15MB) -- This is the printer's proof that we approved. Each page appears separately. For example, page 2 (the 4th page of PDF) and page 3 (the 5th page of the PDF) are individual pages here. Handy if you want to print out a few of the pages you're interested in.
We printed a 4-page addendum. (PDF 7.2MB) This is an easy-to-use PDF that you can use to print it out.
Program Guide Addendum, Double-page Spread (PDF 7.2MB) is the 11x17 version that our printers used to print it. Suggest you browse this on the screen, on most printers it'll end up printing very tiny.
Pocket Program Grids, Double-page Spread (PDF 140KB) is the 11x17 version that the printers used.
