Our rule for the Artist's Concourse this year is "things you make yourself with your own art." You can sell prints and doujinshi, take commissions, and so forth.

We have a very limited amount of space this year, and we want to bring in the largest number of artists possible. Therefore we are limiting artists to one half-table each.

Half-table spaces were $10 to artists who are members of the convention.

The following is a list of rules for members of Artist Concourse at Animé Los Angeles to agree and abide by. Signing of this in no way guarantees Artist a space at said Artists' Concourse.

Artist agrees:

1. Only products produced by the Artist him- or herself are allowed at Artists' Concourse. Original artwork (fan- or formulated), and original artwork that has been made into prints (copies), bookmarks, calendars, comics, pins, T-shirts, key-chains, etc., are all permitted, so long as the Artist has made these items him- or herself. Mass production of the above mentioned (Taking the artwork and sending it to a printing company) is not allowed. Make it yourself.

   There will be no proxy selling. Artist must be present at Artists' Concourse in order to sell Artist's work. Artist may not have a second party not involved in the artwork's creation selling said artwork.

2. Only one half-table per artist in Artists' Concourse. We have limited space, and we want to maximize the number of artists that can participate.

3. Adult-theme works including nudity, adult situations, nocturnal mating activities, profanity, drugs, excessive and gory violence, all go against the Family Friendly environment of Animé Los Angeles, and are thusly not allowed in Artists' Concourse.

4. Artists' Concourse has no set hours. Should Artist choose to remain at his or her table until three in the morning, Artist may do so. Set-up and Tear-down of Artist's table is up to Artist's discretion.

   Artist is aware that there is no hallway lock-down of Artists' Concourse, and that Animé Los Angeles bears no responsibility for lost or stolen property after Artist has left the table for the remainder of the night.

   *Artists' concourse is just outside the doors to our Dealers Hall and room LP4. Dealers hours are 12pm-6pm Friday, 10am-6pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday. LP4 has events going on during those hours, and also activities in the evening -- see schedule for details.
