This is the same hotel that we were in last year, except we are in a larger building.

THE ROOM BLOCK IS CLOSED. We may be able to get you the convention rate after you arrive -- ask about it at Registration BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT.

Convention rate: $85/night single/double, $99 triple, $109 quad, plus tax. Call 818-997-7676 to reserve your room.

Some people have reported that they were told there weren't any rooms available at that rate; if that happens to you, please book your room (ask for the AAA rate) and then contact us and give us your name and confirmation number. If you know when you tried to call and who you spoke to, tell us that as well. We'll fix the rate from our side. (If you're already at the convention, please talk to our people -- ask at Registration, before you check out of your room.)

If you are throwing a party in your room, please tell us, even if it's a private party. We will reserve your room in the "noisy" room block so you don't disturb others.
