Kelly Mayfield submitted a design showing Ala and five friends urging everyone to pre-register before the rate goes up in August.

As her prize, we are sending her a one-pound See's Chocolates gift certificate.

Once these are printed, I'll send them to all past and current members of Animé Los Angeles.

If you're a member of next year's convention, you'll receive one with your membership number on it.

If you'd like a stack of postcards to hand out to your friends, or if you use up your first stack and want more, let us know.

This is Kelly's first design for us.

Jessica Gaona originally submitted her design with Ala and Saturn (her own character) for a postcard, and I asked her to modify it so we could use it as a "teaser" flyer.

We'll send her a one-pound See's Chocolates gift certificate as well.

We were at a recent convention where we saw an eye-catching full-page flyer produced by another convention. Theirs didn't have a headline and the art was much simpler. You deserve more from an Animé Los Angeles flyer.

As soon as we get these flyers printed up, we'll be taking them with us to the various conventions. I expect them to make their first appearance at FanimeCon.

This is Jessica's third design for us. She has drawn two postcards for us as well.
