We're looking for someone to help with a website make-over. There's a big catch, though: you have to figure out Joomla themes.

We have no shortage of thoughts on what the website should look like. The trick, though, is to figure out how to implement it within the structure we have.

This website uses Joomla. Those menu items on the left? The ones across the top? The ability to have a department head type in their own content, like this article I'm writing here? It's all built-in, and runs off of a bunch of tables. So we don't need a basic design, as such -- we need what we have tweaked and made shiny and pretty.

The key to the whole thing is something called "Themes" (sometimes known elsewhere as "skins"). You may have noticed that the Forums use a different theme than the rest of the website. Neither theme are what we want, but switching the forums over made them slightly less annoying.

What we want to do is change the color scheme, use some of the lovely art our wonderful artists have been creating, and generally shine it up. If you think you'd be interested in helping, let me know. And start researching Joomla themes...
