Prices? Table Ordering?

I'm wonder if this year we're doing Artist Concourse registration with regular registration again, or if it will be a separate registraion system. I'm holding off registering for the convention so I know for sure. Thanks!

I'll talk to the chairman later on today or tomorrow and confirm details with him regarding this. If possible, I'd like to have it separate enough so that it uses the same system, but you can simply acquire it through the shopping cart system later on.
For now, I'll tell you that you can go ahead and register for the convention, and I'll manually put you into the Concourse database and acquire payment at a later date. How does that sound?  Simply PM me your badge details once you do that, and the Concourse details will get ironed out at the next meeting.

Yeah... I think we'll be doing something completely different for Artists' Concourse... *giggles*
No problem, Aya. We've got 10 months to go; no rush on registering just yet, but considering everything, I'll at least have your username written down. You don't have to worry about tables selling out, no matter when you're able to get the info to me.

Do you think the prices for a table/half-table will be the same as last year's rates?

At this point in time, I see no reason for the prices to increase. They should stay at $10 per half table, but if for one reason or another there needs to be an increase, it will be reasonable. If that happens, you'll all be notified well in advance, and any of you that happen to have paid before notice goes out, will not have to pay the difference.
