Ooooooooooh my. Look what I missed. OOOOOOKAY. ^__^ I'll answer as best I can.
Pompi: It's been a while since I filled out the form (a couple years now), so hopefully Aya answered all of your questions. (Thank you very much for that, Aya!) Regarding the printing, I'm not too concerned with the quantity, unless you start going waaaaaay overboard. When things aren't mass-produced, it's a lot harder to do that. The difference between copying a cassette versus burning a CD, yes? Anji quoted the correct information regarding this issue. As long as you are personally supervising the printing, I don't consider it mass-producing unless you go overboard. It's your art; you shouldn't be trusting it to leave your care, even for simple copies.
TO ALL:With the Rules, you may either bring a copy with you, or sign one provided by me. Don't stress over it, but if it's easy enough for you to just glue it to your seller's permit, please do so. You can always use more brownie points with the head of your favorite department. Your seller's permit needs to be shown to me when you claim your table, and your # will be recorded on your signed contract. Past that, you may keep it sealed inside a cement block for all I care; I know that you have it, and should anyone ask, I'll have your number on file. And furthermore, once you have claimed your table on Friday, that is your table for the weekend. I will have your name and table marked on the AA map with the indestructible, infinite wisdom Red Gel Pen of D00M (TM). You will not argue with RGPD (TM). RGPD (TM) rules all, and is the equivalent to signing in blood. Without the fear of spreading Hepatitis B. RGPD (TM) is the Chuck Norris of Artists' Alley 2008. Enough about RGPD (TM).
Aya Brea: Thank you for helping pompi. Much appreciated. As for the tape... Blech. If you follows regs and it still has a cow, just come get one of us (we'll have a table space, too, so Ari and I will be easy to find), and we'll talk to Chaz about what to do.
Anji, and TO ALL: Friday, the con starts at 12 noon, and I believe that the doors will open for Dealer's Setup at the horrifically atrocious hour of 8am. Registration, alternatively, opens at 9am. If you'd rather get your table space first (and could not arrive sooner than Friday morning), fret not, I have just about all of you on my list as paid membership (the exceptions know who they are), and if you bring your Membership postcard and ID with you, I'll accept it. You MUST obtain your badge once you have claimed your table, because after that, you will not be allowed through the door.
All general information will be cross posted to the Mailing List.

They're 6-ft tables, so your half-table space is 3' ft wide.
