Yes there will be both daytime and Midnight Karaoke at the convention. Please bring your own discs if you want to perform something specific, or browse through our list and sing one of those. This is for fun not competition!

How will you be running karaoke? Will it be off a computer, so I could just bring a CD or a USB flash drive with any mp3 files I want? Or should I burn an actual music CD?

And to ditto: Yay! Karaoke! Although I'm a little disappointed there's no contest. Oh well, it's still fun.

Great question Enkai! We have a karaoke machine that will play discs, but not mp3s. Please burn it and bring it along! I also suggest labeling it with a Sharpie--be sure to include your name!
Hmmm-I could have one prize and one karaoke session with lots of people vyying to perform, or I can have two sessions a day for 2 hours each with lots of opportunities for people to perform and a ribbon for each participant. To me, the choice was clear. I am sorry to dissapoint you, though, but I hope you understand! =)
