The next postcard art contest deadline is Wednesday, the 3rd of October. If you're doing your art digitally, it should be 1350x1725 pixels (or 1725x135), with nothing important within 40 pixels of the edge. (Or larger, if you want to do a higher-resolution version, but that gives you the proportions.) The cards will be printed at 4.5"x5.75", and trimmed to 4.25"x5.5". And then mailed to everyone later in October.
(If you're a member, you'll get a postcard with a "MEMBER #" on it. Such as "MEMBER F300". Bring that postcard with you to Registration. Reg will be open starting Thursday evening at the convention during set-up, and will open at 9:00 am Fri/Sat/Sun.)
Don't forget to sign your work. If you send us a piece in the mail, the art should be 4.5"x5.75". Be sure to include a slip of paper with your name and address printed on it. We'll need that to send you your See's Chocolates gift certificate, after all. (Last time we received one piece that we have no idea who drew.)
