What are the chances of being sold out on Sunday? I just thought I'd ask.

Nil.
There are far, far more people (about four or six times as many) who show up just for Saturday than there are people who show up just for Sunday. So when all the one-day Saturday people leave, there will be oodles of room left for Sunday people.
