Chair needs a few minions! We have a team of minions that will support the chair all weekend. We're looking for one or two more.
I need someone to follow me around and pick up anything I leave on a table and forget. To do tasks that are too small to have been turned into a department position, but too important to leave undone. For example, seeking out the various people who are entitled to certain ribbons... To run errands, fetch messages and bottles of water, and whatever other tasks may be required.

- Must be reliable, responsible, and available pre-convention
- Willingness to learn all departments functions to assist as necessary

Our Scavenger Hunt organizer is looking for 5-6 volunteers to help with
the Scavenger Hunt for pre-planning and at the convention, and we need one or two permanent members that are interested in planning the Scavenger Hunt
and willing to commit for this year and fuure cons.

Gopher Department Head.
Department duties: record Gopher hours with con members who wish to volunteer
their time to help the con at move-in, during the convention, and move-out. Communicate with different
departments regarding volunteer needs. Finalize the Gopher Request Form for other departments to use,
and a Gopher Assignment Ticket form that the gopher can take to the department he or she is assigned to.
Create a schedule and make sure all Gopher hours are recorded.
Create a prize awards list (goodies for Gopher hours) to be displayed and communicated to potential
volunteers to draw in gopher participation. Distribute earned prizes to gophers established by awards
list. Keep records of gopher hours, and compile a list of all hours tracked.

Spoony Bards Guest Liaison. Need someone reliable and responsible to make sure the Spoony Bards,
our Music Guest of Honor,
are fed and hydated and run errands as necessary, and get to their panels and perfomances on time.
If the Bards have a dealer's table, it will be your
responsibility to make sure the table is staffed when the Bards are performing. You will report directly to the
Department head.
Fan Guest of Honor Liaison. Need someone reliable and responsible. You will be asked to cater
to the needs of the guest. Such duties will include making sure she is fed and hydrated and gets to her
panels on time, and other errands as necessary. You will report directly to the Department head.
